The majority of these are Actions I downloaded via the Action Directory and manually set/altered their respective keyboard shortcut as per this I would be more than happy to speak directly about this if you need further help - my big life project right now literally involves documenting Bluetooth keyboard support on iPhone, so it’s pretty darn fresh in my mind.
